Hilton Head Island – Where to Swim
When we originally planned our road trip, we had planned to go straight from Savannah to Charleston. However, Manuel hadn’t ever been to the Atlantic Ocean before and wanted to stop on a beach somewhere along the way. Since we were so close, we knew we needed to make a quick stop at Hilton Head Island in order to do a bit of swimming and sun bathing. After a quick Google search, we found Savannah Seafood Shack and decided to grab dinner…
Des Moines Fashion Week
For four days at the beginning of October, Des Moines hosted an event that made the city seem like New York. Des Moines Fashion week featured amazing designers (both local and national), gorgeous venues and amazing food. I was lucky enough to be apart of the week as a guest and trust me, it didn’t disappoint. The first night was held at Mercedes Benz of Des Moines in their brand new showroom. The space screamed street style, with a backdrop of the latest and greatest car lineup – which was showcased by the three designers of the night. I loved…
